None of our birds has brought me a mouse, lol!Ruthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15892804871759397018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6266742625763583152.post-780779949931231182009-08-30T06:24:00.105-07:002009-08-30T06:24:00.105-07:00I seldom get closer to any birds back home or arou...I seldom get closer to any birds back home or around in here. This is an other story related to your bird feeding activity. Feeding can became a nuisance. It is fun to watch them and at the moment I or the vegetable gardener feed two native pigeons. It is a couple and they are used to us now. We do not give them a lot so they still have to look for their own. The mummy bird is sitting, I do not know how many eggs, probably one or two. I am looking forward to see the baby pigeon. Her nest is where we pass many times a day. She just looks at us and she is also talking to her eggs in a soft voice. It is really cute.Lavender and Vanilla Friends of the Gardenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05403418150146893599noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6266742625763583152.post-32965789877919494442009-08-29T00:16:24.991-07:002009-08-29T00:16:24.991-07:00I feed the birds here too..we have a large yard so...I feed the birds here too..we have a large yard so not so affected by the bird poop...We also get the silver eyes as well as sparrows, chaffinches, yellow hammers , gold finches etc...Its fun to see them..

Ddinziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15852756851793074290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6266742625763583152.post-36914133970771588722009-08-28T19:16:41.073-07:002009-08-28T19:16:41.073-07:00My husband puts out the bread crumbs too, but he t...My husband puts out the bread crumbs too, but he takes them out into the middle of the yard.
