Sambal sting rays are a very popular dish in Singapore. The Australian don't eat them, until we told them. Joseph caught one and I told him the Singaporeon's secret recipe. Then he BBQ it and now the Aussies eat them.
We are having fresh BBQ Sting Ray wings. I remembered we had these when the water engineer took us to Singapore upmarket Mache.
