Sunday Stills. the Next Challenge: Fruit

From the exotic Tropical king of the fruits, the durian to the ordinary banana, if I was marooned on an island, and offered to choose one side of the island with fruits of the whole world, and the other of meat and poultry. I don't know which I would choose. I will beg to spend time on alternate sites on alternate days, because I love my fruit, I also love my meat.

  2. I was thinking...

On Sunday I would sit and look at fruit.
the next challenge is to slim as much as I can...

Remember English teachers used to write a few English words on the blackboard and all of us have to write as many sentences using those words? It find that very challenging and delightful.

  5. The durian looks very interesting. I looked it up to learn more about it as I have never seen one before. Now I wish I could smell and taste one. I found it very odd that they are banned from some public places because some people find their odor offensive. I can think of no food in America that is treated as such.

  9. Ann, you had a great trip to the market. I've seen the durian before at a large market called Jungle Jim's in Cincinnati. I've never tried it, but maybe on my next trip there I might have to check them out. You've peaked my interest. Great shots - now my mouth is watering for a really good plum or pear.

  15. I eat the green tomatoes as is because they are green by nature and not because they are not ripe. They are called Green Zebra and are deliciously sweet.
