    The I-Lights was on in November, lots of light installations around the Marina Bay, some were overseas participants.

    i really like it that there are places like this for bike parking. in my country, they are just too few. you asked about the pouch in my blog..it's really light.

    Great photo and a good idea, a place to keep bikes safe. Perhaps more would ride bikes if there was a safe place to park them here.
