This was one exceptional start of the day. I was walking to work when I saw this concrete mixer truck. The man found it amusing that I was interested in his work. I lied and said I was showing the photos to my students.

ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of the 20 or more photos I took last summer when they poured concrete at our house; it was quite fascinating.
It is nice that you can walk to work. I always had to drive but now that I am retired, I don't have to worry about all that freeway traffic.

ReplyDeleteI once wrote a poem about waiting for concrete to dry. The subjects of the poem thought it was hilarious so I can imagine these men being amused at you wanting to take their photos.
