Save the world: Sweet potato leaves





A healthy full of fibre, once discarded leaves and stems of the sweet potato or kumara. This dish is organic and delicious.

    Wow ... I didn't know that sweet potato leaves could be eaten. I like to grow them because the potato itself is so nutritional and I think the plant is beautiful. I'll have to try the leaves out! Thank you!
