Reading at Pt Chevalier School.

Today, our National TV came at 5.30am to our school. Some of our children came just as early.
When you click on the TVNZ link, allow a few seconds for the commercial. We had two weeks of celebration culmulating with a Book Character parade. We had children, teachers and parents all dressed up.
And who was I?
Here's a clue.
Grandma, why's your eyes so big?
Grandma, why's your ear so big?
Grandma, why's your mouth so big?

Oh my, what fun! I love the costumes, great work. Oh, and were you the Big Bad Wolf?
dear Ann,
we can't blog yet but wanted to stop by to thank you for your support during grandpa's passing.
chikisses
Little red riding hood's grandma? lol
The lady in red shoes remind me of our Ruby Tuesday challenge!
Btw, those jellies are from Taiwan, they are better served cold, it comes with a fresh fruit in it.I bought some during the trip to Chinatown during the chinese new year celebrations. Another favorite is the mochi, this one is from Japan.
Hi Ann, I am sure you scared your pupils!! This is so much fun for the children. I think the teachers have fun too.
Yes, Ann we get plenty of Passionfruit. They are so big and sweet, they are not for nothing called "sweet Lilikoi". These are the yellow Pfruit. From the purple ones a beautiful jam can be made using the whole fruit, skin and all.
I'm quite sure she is Little Red Riding Hood. Very cute!
How wonderful to have this program...so grandma (wolf) you must have a great time....hehehehe
Next year I am going to hatch a fool proof plan to have three suckling pigs. LOL
Ngao, if you will write a story about the hippo, I will teach my students and during the parade, I will be that Hippo.
Wenn, wasn't my Red Riding Hood cute? I had to put a blind on her so she can't see that I am a wolf. Actually it is for privacy reasons.
