ABC WED letter R

I took my adult ESOL students of Mt Albert Baptist church for a Kiwi lesson. We were to Pt Chevalier RSA, (Returned Services Association) and have lunch and relaxation. We dined with some retired soldiers. There we saw knitted poppies for remembrance. We remembered the soldiers who died the the wars.

It's good to remember, red poppies denote remembrance of those who gave their lives for us.
Good pictures, the food looks tasty.

Best wishes,
Di,

Those poppies look like they could be real. Looks like a lovely day for remembering our soldiers.

That's a good choice for R. I loved all the roses they put around the Tower of London. Quite spectacular!
