This cake was given by my colleague and friend D. during our team's Christmas dinner at Urban Jungle. She gave a cake to each of us. She bought it at her son's school fete.
This is a white Christmas cake, and has almonds to decorate as a snow flake. Some one told me that no two snow flake is alike.
