Cold weather or heat, gale or not, these men are at the outdoor market playing Chinese Chess. They have hardly any ware to sell. I think they go to this market when it is open on Tuesdays and Fridays just to meet each other.

What is Chinese Chess? Is it Chinese Checkers? My husband is a chess teacher and has won many trophies, now hw teaches chess to elementary students.
Remind me of the senior citizens at the void deck of flats here, I think they just group there to spend their time with friends rather than cooped up at homes .
Outdoor activities is always fun and I like your photo!
Looks lovely :)
It reminds me of Filipino war veterans here in the US meeting at McDonalds for breakfast and have some chit-chat!
I would have loved to have watched a game of that!
