My World Tue: Farewell my teachers

This morning, a Face book friend, Danny Wong posted a line saying, we don't meet for no reason. Danny is the brother of an older Facebook friend James. Do imagine how happy I was when I found out that he was the family in a certain shop in my town of birth Sibu. He was my classmate R's brother. You couldn't our joy when we found out," You are R's brother." With Facebook, I rather I know them or connected in some way. Before I accept a person as a friend as a friend, I ask a lot of questions, and some people misconstrue that I am strange, which is not the intention. Cyber friends can never be the way as "real" friends. In another case, Mary led me to a long lost friend. After to-ing and fro-ing, it clicked, Mary is the sister of a long lost friend, J. In 1968, I was part of the junior choir of the school's production, "The Gypsy baron." I struck out a friendship with J who was senior to me. J treated me to the movie " The Good, the Bad, the Ugly." and visits to her house. Every time, this movie was mentioned on TV, I tell my family about this older friend. I have no idea how I, a junior and J, much older than me, could be such good friends. Mary connected me with J. This should be a tick in my bucket list, finding a long lost friend. Mary posted a farewell song by by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli. I was excited and thought it was the song we used to sing in Methodist school during our farewell party. I goggled and found it was the song below, except the word Carnival was substituted by teachers. Here, I dedicate to all the Methodist Secondary School, MSS students, and teachers and imagine us singing it with gusto. The Seekers - The Carnival Is Over.(1968) http://youtu.be/z4ZipKdI1sY Say goodbye my own true lover As we sing a lovers song How it breaks my heart to leave you Now the carnival is gone High above the dawn is waiting And my tears are falling rain For the carnival is over We may never meet again Like a drum my heart was beating And your kiss was sweet as wine But the joys of love are fleeting For Pierrot and Columbine Now the harbour light is calling This will be our last goodbye Though the carnival is over I will love you till I die Like a drum my heart was beating And your kiss was sweet as wine But the joys of love are fleeting For Pierrot and Columbine Now the harbour light is calling This will be our last goodbye Though the carnival is over I will love you till I die Though the
