FSO: Vintage

If we were very good, Grandpa would let us wind the handle. But only he is allowed to put the needle on the vinyl.

Next to the restaurant where I had lunch was this old Vintage shop. I really like the gramophone. It is my youth. When I was little, Grandpa had one of those, and we learnt to sing a Korean song. It is about a boat, a cloud boat which brings us back to our home land.

Homeland to Grandpa was China,

I like that rocking horse. I had one when I was little but it was of a more stylized model, not looking quite so much like a "real" horse.

Wonderful vintage finds. Some brought back a lot of memories.

When I was a teenager one of my friends had a gramaphone like that and we learned to dance by that music. Many years ago.

The record player reminded me of my first one when I was young - long gone for many years.

So many of these vintage shots bring back memories to those of us who have also been around a few years. Love the little pram!

Oh records! Fun to remember them. Now records are made to be broken!

The Gramophone is a fine example of vintage. some of those vinyl(s) would be also. And the music - oh the music was grand. I have no real memories of times with my grandparents "vintage memories" - great contributions.
