Abc Wednesday, Letter Z for New Zealand

New Zealand is
 reforestation in a big way. and using it as recreation
 cabbage trees and winery Cabbage tree;
a source of food, particularly in the South Island, New zeasland where it was cultivated in areas where other crops would not grow. It provided durable fibre for textiles, anchor ropes, fishing lines, baskets, waterproof rain capes and cloaks, and sandals.

What lovely pictures, I haven't heard of a cabbage tree before, so pretty too!
New Zealand looks to be a fabulous place, I would love to visit some day.
