Tuesday/outdoor Wed/save the world: sugar cane farm

My uncle Kong Seng Shui is more than 80 years old. He leads a very healthy live style. He plants the sugar cane, and employs contract workers to do the harvesting.

To relax, he sings Kara oke. You can see he doesn't have an ounce of fat on him.

That's the kind of easy going village lifestyle that everyone should strive for.

Woah! He certainly does not look 80. That is awesome! Thanks for sharing.

Wow ... he is a model of health and fitness. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could all be so vital at 80! Thank you for sharing!

Your uncle rocks my world. Thank you for introducing us!

I bought some paper products made from sugar cane, so I feel very grateful to him for that, too.

sugarcane farming is not easy. i grew up in a province where sugar-farming was the main industry. no wonder your uncle looks fit at 80---farming is good exercise.:p

my cousin is also a sugarcane farmer, and he told me it's stressful!:p

He looks at least 20 years younger. Seriously! Very interesting post. You have a fascinating family and background.

Your uncle proves that keeping fit in the outdoors and singing is good for the soul. :)
