Sundaystills: Snacks - Ice Kachang.

In the hot tropics, a bowl of ice shaving is a very nice snack.  This is made of shaved ice, some jelly, sweet corn, red beans, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and coloured syrup. This one is special, the frog like topping was extra. The woman making it wasn't going to put it, I asked her what the name was, she didn't know. She gave it to me since I asked. A tick for the Staff Canteen in Changi airport.

Frog eggs was something I had been craving for since I was about 16, when my sister Margaret came home and told me about it. This year, I saw it in a bottle. I bought it just for satisfy my craving. It is a kind of basil seed. It is very good for you, and is cooling.

That is just too weird! Unique, but I don't think I would eat it. It may be good but I can't imagine the taste of corn and jelly together :)
