




Frolicking in the snow. Mount Ruapehu combines the Whakapapa and Turoa ski resorts - the largest skiing and snowboarding area in New Zealand.
We went to Whakapapa ski fields. Wha in Maori is pronounced like a 4 letter word beginning with F and many a tourist snicker trying to say it.
Our faithful boogie board went with us.
