Josie Pigeon. BOSS

Today, we had a Book Character day. I wrecked my brain wondering who I should dress up to be. I saw my husband's hard hat and special long sleeved Reflective shirt, a 2 reflective vests.

I googled for female engineers, and found Josie Pigeon, Woman boss, best carpenter and employs only women in her Island Contracting company. That became me for the day. I start a big red label at the back and wrote in vivid pen big letters, Josie Pigeon, BOSS.

I recruited 2 girls to be my engineers, and gave them the vest. The girls said, are we to be builders. No, I told them, you the the boss of the builders, and gave them rolled up paper to be used a drawing plans.

The trouble was no body knew of Josie Pigeon. Next week, I am going to teach some of my girls to be JP. to be the boss and be assertive.

For a fun, I walked past some builders, and I joked with them and asked if they had a jobfor me. They said, "Yes!" " But I want to be the BOSS!
