Avacado

The avacado is very good for you.
It is very versatile, you can dice it and add it to your salad. If it is firm, you can slice it and put it on your toast or bread. If you fan it out, it looks very attractive on your plate.
Sometimes I add some balsamic vinegar. or in mayonaise and make a spread. here I have a salmon avacado spread for a crust biscuit.
I am keeping the seed to replicate my friend A.'s experiment on growing your own avacado tree.
