Happy Anniversary FSO

WORLD DAY OF PRAYER 1/3/2013 Theme : "I WAS A STRANGER AND YOU WELCOME ME"   My friend Rose Bennet reminded me of this anniversary day. I had other commitments, so I post last year's photos.

Shortly after I started blogging, I think it was the late Barry Fraser who introduced me to FSO.
http://annkschin.blogspot.co.nz/2010/07/in-memory-of-barry.html  Sadly he died in 2010, but I still feel for his, his pain as a bereaved Dad, and his suffering of cancer. If Linda is reading this, I remember both of you.
I have made some long time friends, we are still visiting each other, Reader Wil must be my "oldest" friend, and Jama with my Singapore connection, Pauline New Zealand connections, QMM who shared that she too, is a bereaved mum, and others like Ginger V.

Happy Anniversary

We are celebrating our 4th year!
Our first post was Feb 27, 2009.

In this week's post share something about FMTSO.
Tell us when you started linking up with us, share memories, repost your favorite theme from one of our topics, or talk about the friends you have made. If you have a chance, invite one of our former participants to come back and link up this week or just to stop by and say hi. You can find them in the older posts linkys, comments or the side bar listing which has not been updated in a while. You don't need to know them to invite them. Just introduce yourself and extend the invitation.
Let's make this a special week!

That's awesome of you to provide the colourful costumes for your students.

Ann you must know I love you so in the way that sharing does for folks. I am so proud to be part of this enduring blog meme. I think it is the only one that I have done continuously since I first started.
Miss Barry too. I got an e-mail from Linda soon after he passed and check on her now and then.

Were those ladies trying their hands at Malay dance? I love the gorgeous Nonya Kebaya for their intricate embroideries.

Happy Anniversary to us, Ann. I almost didn't join as you were already posting from NZ. So glad I did, this is a great group.
