Healthy Eating: Thai salad
If you feel that you have been a glutton with all the eating during this holiday season, feast your eyes on my friend J's healthy salad.
It is served on a beautful crimson red platter, and the salad is very healthy and very appetising. This is a Thai lean chicken salad with grilled dried tofu, crisp cucumber,spring onion, avacado, drizzled with thai chilli sauce, and lemon juice.
I always go for second helpings just for the cucumber.
