Life in the slow lane

I use pellets for the snails in my garden. This snail came up to my deck, and I was intriqued how it inched itself carrying his heavy house.

Actually nature lovers don't like us to use snail pellets. They claim that the native birds eat the poisoned snails and die. But garden centres every where sell them. There must be a compromise some where.
