The owner of this building in Mt Eden at Dominion Road, has found the solution to beat the graffiti taggers. Apparently even among the rogues, there is a code that you don't deface other people's beautiful mural no matter how tempting the wall apears.
This code, however is not fully adhered. I have seen beautiful murals defaced in some places.
