This sign is at a main road, Balmoral Road on your way to St Lukes shopping mall and the Mt Albert Library.
I can appreciate how upset the person who put up this sign. When I was in Singapore, people stole my plants, my fruits and my flowers.
I think people are not civic minded, and are lazy to stoop so low to steal things of such low monetary value. They don't care that people spend a lot of time in the cold winter and hot summer to care for their plants.
