Call the Midwife is a BBC period drama series about a group of nurse midwives working in the East End of London in the late 1950s and 1960s.

I love watching this series. Today they screened a baby being born in an elevator.

I have my fair share of drama. My second daughter was born 1 month's early and She was born in the ladies resting room, delivered her and then rush of to the National Women in an St John's ambulance. I was glad I was in New Zealand, Union demanded some bed for ladies to rest.
