Our World Tuesday: Phone technicians

Every so often, these technicians come and work on these phone boxes. Usually I am discrete when I take the photos. Once I got near and took a photo. The technician told me it was illegal to take the photo. He said it was government property. I was afraid he would rip the camera from me.
