My world Tuesday: Flower bed in the bottom of a crater

http://showyourworld.blogspot.com/

At one tree hill park, they planted a round flower bed at the bottom of the crater of an extinct volcano.

Are they sure?
Volcanic soil is good for plants I believe.

Wow. It's very beautiful. If you could capture this pictures very closely, it will be more nice.

An extinct crater with a circle of flowers seems poetic somehow. Circles remind me that on some level there is no beginning or end … only transformation.

What a pretty park and floral layout. Love the soft pastels.

In reply to your comment, Mary, sadly, is severely disabled, but, she is mobile and communicates through basic sign language. She is deeply loved and every minute of her life she is cared for with all her needs more than met. It is especially sad because she was born healthy and then life took a very bad turn.

I'm sorry you, yourself, had to suffer a loss stemming from a similar circumstance.

I see you are from New Zealand (if I read the credits on your post correctly. I hope you were not in the vicinity of the recent earthquake.

All my best,
Annie
