Japanese Crackers

These Japanese seaweed rice crackers are made from refined rice. They have delicious bonito extract and high protein sea weed. It is said to be cholesterol free.

My kids don't worry what is in there, they just love the crispy cracker.

For the Chinese in Singapore and malaysia, these are known as the WANT WANT crackers. Want Want means prosperous. It is an auspicious cracker to eat during Chinese New Year.

It is a savory snack, making it welcomed difference from the rich suga-ladened biscuit that children are loaded with.
